When you are looking to make your space fresh, especially when inspired by Rachel Ashwell’s Shabby Chic® world, it always helps to keep it simple but add a little something to make it extra special.
Maybe you were lucky enough to find that perfect flea market find, or have inherited something that needs a new life, or just want to give your current furniture a new look, Rachel Ashwell’s Shabby Chic® Paint can help! Made in America, it is a zero VOC and solvent free chalk and clay paint that is perfect for painting furniture. The paint is fast-drying and easy to distress, so you can mimic that pretty Shabby Chic® look we all love!
Rachel Ashwell’s Shabby Chic® Paint comes in 10 perfect pastel shades.
This small buffet got a new life using Shabby Chic® Paint’s London Light. A marble top was added, for that extra touch, and it’s ready for a new life.
This armoire was painted using Rachel Ashwell’s Shabby Chic® Paint in Lily White and for a surprise touch, was lined using vintage wallpaper.
It is always said that accessories make the outfit, and that certainly holds true when painting and restyling furniture. Coastal knobs make this piece perfect for a cottage by the sea, or could be turned classic Shabby Chic® with crystal knobs. Whatever your style, Rachel Ashwell’s Shabby Chic® Paint can give you the fresh look you desire, then simply add the right details to your project.
Rachel’s Shabby Chic® Paint line has two great support products too, Clear Primer and Clear Coat finish. The primer can be used to block any stains sometimes found on vintage furniture, but since it dries clear, it will allow you to still see wood tones underneath the paint when distressed. The Clear Coat finish is a water and chemical resistant sealer that protects your painted piece. The Clear Coat can also be used to easily decoupage details onto a project. This piece was painted using Green Fields and then decoupaged using tissue paper from Rachel’s Simply Shabby Chic® line found at Target®.
Rachel Ashwell’s Shabby Chic® Paint is waiting for you and your next project!
